《九年制义务教育全日制小学数学教学大纲(初审稿)》(以下简称新大纲)已经由国家教育委员会颁发,作为编写九年义务教育试用教材和进行教学改革实验的依据,这必将推动我国义务教育的教材建设。根据统一的教学大纲,编出满足不同需要的、风格各异的多种教材,以适应普及义务教育的需要,必将推动我国的小学数学教学改革进一步深化。这里就如何掌握大纲精神,深化教学改革的问题,谈一谈我们学习义务教育小学数学教学大纲的几点认识,和老师们、同志们共同讨论。
