与传统的听评课不同,课堂观察作为一种新型的听评课方式,它除了用个体的眼睛、心智之外,往往还借助一些特制的观察工具进入课堂;它的评课除了带有观察者主观经验判断更注重基于证据而推论;观察的目的不是为了给出好坏高低的定性结论,而是带领教师进入一种研究状态。由于大量老师都在使用多媒体,所以对多媒体使用的质量和成效应是课堂观察的内容,那么如何改进观察工具,以便对多媒体进行有效评价,不断优化改进这一教学方法方式呢?
