目的应用健康调查量表SF-36评估低浓度苯系物、正己烷对职业接触工人生命质量的影响,为探索如何提高接触工人生命质量提供依据。方法在深圳市龙岗区应用SF-36量表对辖区218名接触苯系物、正己烷的职业接触者进行调查,选择年龄,性别相匹配的243名非职业危害因素接触工人作为对照组,进行比较分析。结果苯系物、正己烷职业接触工人的总体健康(GH)、生理职能(RP)、生理功能(PF)、活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、心理健康(MH)等6个维度的得分值低于非职业接触人群(P<0.05)。结论长期接触低浓度苯系物、正己烷降低接触工人的生命质量;SF-36量表在评价接触职业危害因素劳动者的生命质量中有一定的应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the impact of low concentrations of benzene and n-hexane on the quality of life of workers exposed to occupational exposure using the health survey SF-36 to provide evidence for exploring how to improve the quality of life of workers exposed. Methods A total of 218 occupational exposure workers with benzene series and n-hexane in the area were investigated by SF-36 scale in Longgang District, Shenzhen. 243 non-occupational hazards that matched the age and gender were selected as control group comparative analysis. Results The results showed that the total health (GH), physiological function (RP), physical activity (PF), vitality (VT), social function (SF) and mental health (MH) Scores were lower than non-occupational groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Long-term exposure to low concentrations of benzene, n-hexane reduces the quality of life of exposed workers; SF-36 scale in assessing the quality of life of workers exposed to occupational hazards have a certain value.
