It is co-sponsored by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Education, Shanghai Adult Education Commission, Shanghai Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, Shanghai Personnel Bureau, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Leading Group for National Economic and Social Information and Shanghai Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Commission.
