仿真实习是热能与动力工程专业实践环节的重要组成部分,在应用型人才的培养上发挥了积极的作用。要加强仿真实习课程建设和教学改革,合理安排教学内容,仿真实践与专业知识相结合,激发学生参与实习的兴趣,充分调动学生的积极性。仿真实习不仅能够培养具备扎实专业基础和良好操作能力的热动人才,在一定程度上也有利于教师综合素质的提升。
Simulation practice is an important part of the practice of thermal energy and power engineering, and plays an active role in the cultivation of applied talents. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of simulation practice courses and teaching reform, arrange teaching contents rationally, combine simulation practice with professional knowledge, stimulate students’ interest in participating in internships, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students. The simulation internship can not only cultivate the enthusiastic talents with a solid professional foundation and good operation ability, but also help to improve the overall quality of teachers to a certain extent.
