护肝颗粒由大黄、丹参、五味子、重楼等组成，具有清热解毒，养血护肝的作用，临床主要用于肝炎及乙肝病毒携带者，为有效控制其质量，作者采用薄层扫描法对大黄中大黄素的含量进行了测定，结果显示本方法准确、灵敏，可用于该制剂的含量测定。
