为探讨苯作业对工人体内活性氧族 (ROS)及抗氧化水平的影响 ,用Fenton法和二硝基苯比色法分别检测 38例苯作业工人及 17例健康成人血清中活性氧及谷胱甘肽 -S -转移酶 (GST)的含量。结果表明 ,接触组工人血清ROS及GST含量均明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;按车间和工龄进行分组后 ,各组间血清ROS及GST含量的差异均无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。提示 ,苯作业可致工人体内活性氧族及抗氧化水平增强
In order to investigate the effect of benzene on reactive oxygen species (ROS) and antioxidation in workers, Fenton method and dinitrobenzene colorimetry were used to detect the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and glutathione Glycopeptide-S-transferase (GST) content. The results showed that the levels of serum ROS and GST in the exposed group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0 05). There was no significant difference in serum ROS and GST content between the groups after the study group and the working age group (P> 0 0 5).
