本文引入了神经网络的系统理论,应用专家系统技术,开发了一个高智能化机械加工质量分析与诊断系统,以实现机械加工质量控制的前期工作,并解决了常规智能系统通常难以解决的知识获取的“瓶颈”问题以及推理过程中的“匹配冲突”问题。
This paper introduces the system theory of neural network and applies expert system technology to develop a high intelligence machining quality analysis and diagnosis system to realize the preliminary work of machining quality control and solve the common difficult knowledge acquisition of conventional intelligent system The “bottleneck” problem and the problem of “match conflict” in reasoning process.
