为研究机车车辆轮轴接触面的应力值与过盈量之间的关系特征,应用基于弹性力学的传统接触应力计算式和有限元的计算方法进行了分析。根据采集的11个车轴截面的应力值与对应的过盈值绘制出曲线图,并采用数值分析方法计算线性相关系数r。分析结果表明,车轴的轮轴配合面及其附近区域的计算应力值与过盈量之间都存在良好的线性相关性,且轮轴配合区域的应力值受过盈值上升的影响较大,车轴其他区域应力值所受的影响较小。
In order to study the relationship between the stress value and the interference of wheel and axle contact surface of rolling stock, the traditional contact stress calculation formula based on elasticity mechanics and the calculation method of finite element method are analyzed. According to the collected 11 axle cross-section stress values and the corresponding value of the interference draw a graph, and use the numerical analysis method to calculate the linear correlation coefficient r. The analysis results show that there is a good linear correlation between the calculated stress and the interference of the wheel axle mating surface and its vicinity, and the stress value of the axle matching area is greatly affected by the increase of the surplus value. The stress value is less affected.
