以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚多元醇(N220)、一缩二乙二醇(DEG)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为原料合成了水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液,研究了丙酮含量、DMPA含量、乳液固含量、中和度和中和剂种类对WPU乳液粘度的影响。研究结果表明,DMPA含量越高、中和度越大,乳液粘度越大;随着丙酮含量的增加,乳液粘度呈先降后增再降的趋势;在低固含量时,乳液粘度随固含量增加而变化不大,在高固含量时,乳液粘度随固含量增加而明显增大;用三乙胺(TEA)中和的WPU乳液,其综合性能最好。
An aqueous polyurethane (WPU) emulsion was synthesized from toluene diisocyanate (TDI), polyether polyol (N220), diethylene glycol (DEG) and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) The content of DMPA, the solid content of emulsion, the degree of neutralization and the type of neutralizer on the viscosity of WPU emulsion.
