目的对酒制赤芍饮片的显微特征、薄层色谱进行鉴别,为制定酒制赤芍饮片的质量标准提供研究方法。方法通过显微镜观察酒制赤芍饮片粉未的显微特征;采用薄层色谱鉴别酒制赤芍中的芍药苷。结果酒制赤芍饮片的显微特征与赤芍饮片的显微特征相差不大;薄层色谱日光下检视与芍药苷对照品有相同颜色的斑点。结论酒制赤芍饮片质量标准参照2010年版药典赤芍饮片的标准,在此基础上制定其质量标准。
OBJECTIVE To identify the microscopic characteristics and thin layer chromatogram of wine red peony slices and to provide a research method for making quality standards of wine red peony slices. Methods The microscopic characteristics of the powder of Paeoniae Rubra were observed with a microscope. Paeoniflorin was identified by TLC. Results The microscopic characteristics of alcohol-made Paeoniae radix Paeoniae Alba were similar to those of Paeoniae Radix Paeoniae Alba, and the same color spots as the Paeoniflorin reference substance were observed by TLC. Conclusion The wine quality standards of Paeoniae Radix refer to the standards of the 2010 Pharmacopoeia Paeoniae Radix Paeoniae Alba, based on which the quality standards are formulated.
