目前煤矿瓦斯抽采封孔工艺主要有聚氨酯封孔和囊带式封孔,2种方式各有特色,通过对比这2种封孔方式的优缺点,认为造成抽采钻孔漏气现象严重,密封质量差,瓦斯抽采不达标的原因主要是无论哪种封孔方式都不能完全隔断钻孔周围的漏气通道—裂隙圈,裂隙圈是必然存在的,囊带式带压封孔工艺通过选取新型封孔材料和设备可以在一定程度上有效封堵裂隙带,提高封孔质量和成功率。
