从教师视角对7省(自治区)义务教育阶段中小学校管理民主程度进行了调查。结果表明:半数以上教师认为其校长属于民主型领导;仍有相当数量的教师的自主权和专业优势没有得到充分体现;教师在学校管理中的参与程度有待提高;中小学教师表达意见以自下而上逐级反映为主;部分样本校主动向社区开放,并能够较好地借助社区力量改善学校管理。
From the teachers’ perspective, the level of management democracy in primary and secondary schools in the seven provinces (autonomous regions) during the compulsory education period was investigated. The results show that more than half of the teachers think their principals belong to democratic leadership; there are still a considerable number of teachers whose autonomy and professional superiority are not fully reflected; teachers’ participation in school management needs to be improved; and primary and secondary school teachers express their opinions from below While on the level to reflect the main; part of the sample school initiative to open to the community, and better able to use community power to improve school management.
