目的 探讨双锁定接骨板内固定治疗肱骨干骨折的方法及疗效.方法 2011年6月至2014年8月肱骨干骨折患者18例,经切开复位,双锁定接骨板内固定治疗,其中男14例,女4例;年龄25～53岁,平均38.4岁.骨折AO分型:A22例,A3 7例,B2 4例,B3 4例,C2 1例,合并桡神经损伤8例.术后早期功能锻炼,X线检查评估骨折愈合.结果 随访时间6～18个月,所有骨折在6～16周愈合,平均10.8周.结论 对合适类型的成年人肱骨干骨折应用双锁定接骨板内固定可获得良好复位和稳定固定并支持早期功能锻炼.
