目前免疫荧光技术已广泛应用于医学、生物学、微生物学、寄生虫学、兽医学、免疫学和遗传学等各个领域之中。它分为荧光抗原技术和荧光抗体技术二大类,后者较为常用。按分析方法区分为:①直接测定法:系利用物质本身发射的荧光,即所谓“自荧光”或“内源荧光”来进行测定。②间接测定法:即所谓“外源荧光”或“荧光探针”技术,它为一些原来不能用荧光分析的物质打开了大门。 经典的免疫荧光技术已为大家所熟知,现将目前的应用情况及今后的发展作一简单介绍。
Immunofluorescence technology has been widely used in medicine, biology, microbiology, parasitology, veterinary science, immunology and genetics and other fields. It is divided into two major categories of fluorescent antigen technology and fluorescent antibody technology, which is more commonly used.
