“明礼诚信”是我国公民基本道德规范内容之一。但我国目前经济生活和社会生活中却存在着严重的“诚信缺失”现象。现代社会 ,无论是规范个人行为 ,还是发展市场经济 ,特别是我国应对“入世”的需要 ,都强烈呼唤诚信的回归与重建。重建诚信 ,需要教育与管理相结合 ,道德与法制相结合 ,需要全社会的共同努力。 “Sincerity of Ming Dynasty” is one of the basic ethical norms of our citizens. However, there is a serious phenomenon of “absence of good faith” in our current economic and social life. In modern society, both the regulation of individual behavior and the development of a market economy, especially our country’s response to the “WTO accession,” all strongly call for the return and reconstruction of integrity. Reconstruction of integrity requires the combination of education and management. The combination of morality and legal system requires the joint efforts of the whole society.
