文章通过对新疆师范大学体育学院2010、2011、2012级学生为期三年的实习支教岗前培训工作研究,根据体育教育专业学生的学情,对实习支教岗前培训目标、培训内容、培训实施及培训评价等进行阐述,构建符合学生实际需要的培训课程体系,为顺利完成学生实习支教工作奠定了良好的基础。
Through the research on the three-year internship of pre-service training for 2010, 2011 and 2012 students of Physical Education College of Xinjiang Normal University, the objective, training content, training and implementation of pre-service teaching according to the learning situation of PE majors Training evaluation and so on to construct a training curriculum system that meets the actual needs of students and lays a good foundation for the successful completion of student internship education.
