近年来,各地纷纷组建各种类型的企业集团,有由原行政管理部门改制而成的松散型企业集团,也有以资本为纽带通过投资形成的母子公司体系,还有以业务为纽带通过相互参股形成的关联企业联盟。随着市场经济体制的完善和发展,企业集团这种企业组织形式也将越来越普遍。但由于企业集团经营环境、业务范围的变化,面对崭新的法人治理结构,扩大了的经营规模、陌生的产品和市场,经营理念、管理方式也必须相应改变。采用什么组织形式、如何实现有效控制、怎样保证经营目标的实现等问题往往是集团管理层首先要解决的。
