目的探讨直接数字化摄影(DDR)技术在尘肺病检查诊断方面的应用价值。方法选择煤矿井下粉尘作业工人及已确诊的尘肺患者共1 146例,同时拍摄高千伏(HKV)胸片及DDR胸片。进行二组胸片质量图像清晰度及尘肺病诊断一致性等方面的比较。结果二组X线胸片的质量对比发现:DDR胸片总体质量优于高千伏胸片,尤其DDR胸片的一级片率明显高于HKV胸片,DDR胸片的三级片率明显低于HKV胸片,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DDR胸片在图像清晰度及肺部微细结构显示方面较好;二组胸片的诊断结果基本一致,尘肺患者X线胸片在小阴影形态、总体密集度、分布范围方面无明显差别。结论 DDR胸片质量好于HKV胸片,三级片率明显低于HKV胸片;DDR可用于尘肺检查与诊断。
Objective To explore the value of direct digital photography (DDR) in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis. Methods A total of 1 146 cases of mine dust workers and patients with pneumoconiosis were selected. Simultaneously, HKV chest radiographs and DDR chest radiographs were taken. The two groups of chest radiograph quality image clarity and pneumoconiosis diagnosis consistency and other aspects of comparison. Results The comparison of the quality of the two sets of X-ray showed that the overall quality of the X-ray chest was better than that of the high-kv chest, especially the one-slice rate of the DDR chest was significantly higher than that of HKV Lower than that of HKV chest radiographs, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); DDR chest radiographs were better in image clarity and lung fine structure display; the diagnostic results of chest radiographs of the two groups were basically the same, Film in the small shadow shape, the overall intensity, the distribution of no significant difference. Conclusion The quality of DDR chest radiographs is better than that of HKV chest radiographs, and the third stage radiographs are obviously lower than HKV chest radiographs. DDR can be used for pneumoconiosis and diagnosis.
