通过8根梁的试验研究预应力活性粉末混凝土简支梁的正截面受弯机理。开展试块的抗压、抗折强度及弹性模量等力学性能分析,进行梁的正截面承载力计算值(试验值)与理论值的对比研究。结果表明,无粘结预应力活性粉末混凝土梁的受弯过程主要分为弹性、裂缝扩展、纤维增强和破坏4个阶段,RPC在弹性阶段发挥了一定的抗拉作用,钢纤维的阻裂增强作用延缓了裂缝的开展;提出了活性粉末混凝土梁正截面承载力的计算简图。
Through the experiment of eight beams, the bending mechanism of normal section of prestressed reactive powder concrete simply supported beam was studied. Carrying out the analysis of mechanical properties such as compressive strength, flexural strength and elastic modulus of the test block, the calculated value (test value) of the normal section bearing capacity of the beam is compared with the theoretical value. The results show that the bending process of unbonded prestressed reactive powder concrete beams is mainly divided into four stages: elastic, crack propagation, fiber reinforcement and failure. RPC plays a role of tensile strength during the elastic phase and enhances the crack resistance of steel fibers The effect delayed the development of the crack; and put forward the calculation diagram of the normal section bearing capacity of the reactive powder concrete beam.
