目的:探讨高频超声诊断老年性白内障的应用价值。方法:采用美国Humphrey公司眼科专用A、B超测量系统,对520例老年性白内障组及410例对照组进行前房深度,晶体厚度超声影像测量。各项均值进行组间比较和分析。结果:老年性白内障组与对照组相比,在前房深度、晶体厚度等方面,均有明显差异。结论:老年性白内障组前房深度变浅,晶体厚度增加,同时超声影像上有显著改变,提示眼超声在白内障诊断上安全有效。
Objective: To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of senile cataract. Methods: A total of 520 cases of senile cataract and 410 cases of control group were measured with anterior chamber depth and crystal thickness ultrasound images by the American Humphrey ophthalmology A and B ultrasonography system. The mean values were compared and analyzed between groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the senile cataract group had significant differences in depth of anterior chamber and crystal thickness. Conclusion: The depth of anterior chamber becomes thinner and the thickness of lens increases in senile cataract patients. At the same time, there is a significant change in ultrasound images, which indicates that ocular ultrasound is safe and effective in the diagnosis of cataract.
