1 早熟鲜食玉米在人们生活和农业生产中的作用 1.1 营养价值极高近年来,鲜食玉米受到广大城乡居民的普遍青睐,种植面积愈来愈大。究其原因主要是其富含各种营养成分,且品种类型齐全,能够满足人们不同口味的需要。鲜食玉米主要包括粘玉米和甜玉米两种类型。粘玉米因品种和颜色不同可分为五彩粘玉米、黑珍珠粘玉米、脆皮粘玉米等。甜玉米又叫水果玉米,包括普通粘玉米、超甜玉米和加强甜玉米三种类型。据有关资料表明,粘玉米所含粗蛋白比普通粘玉米高1.76%,而脂肪含量低0.81,属高蛋白低脂肪,另外还含有人体所需的17种氨基酸,尤其是赖氨酸含量高达0.87%,而普
