甘蔗光合性状的遗传分析和高光效亲本评价研究

Four characters of photosynthesis such as net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (E), stomatal conductance (C) and internal CO 2 concentration (CO 2int) of sugarcane seedling were observed in 3×4 NCII genetic design by means of CI 301PS portable CO 2 analysis system. Their general combining ability (gca) and specific combining ability (sca) were estimated. The results indicated that the genotypic effects of Pn, E, C and CO 2int were significantly different. Pn, E, C and CO 2int were the characters of high genetic ability which were depended on non additive genotype effect. According to the effect of combining ability, the high gca of CP67 412 as female, Ya90 3 and Ya71 374 as male showed the parents with high photosynthetic efficiency. The performance of F 1 populations derived from CP67 412×Gt73 167, CP67 412×Ya71 374 and YN73 204×Ya90 3 were the most desirable in view of breeding for high photosynthetic efficiency. 人在高气压环境下(如在潜水时)呼吸功能和肺内气体交换将会发生一系列的变化,呼吸功能的主要障碍是由于呼吸气体相对密度的增加而产生的单纯性肺通气不足和二氧化碳潴留.潴留的二氧化碳会减轻机体对氧中毒的耐受性和加强惰性气体的麻醉作用.因此,人在高气压下的安全性及进行有效劳动的能力就取决于呼吸功能的状况.所以,研究高气压下肺呼吸功能的变化意义重大[1]。
