目的探讨细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在人脑胶质瘤的表达及相关性研究。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测82例胶质瘤组织中ICAM-1、MMP-9的表达水平。结果ICAM-1在82例人脑胶质瘤蜡块组织中全部呈阳性表达,72例MMP-9呈阳性表达,阳性率87.80%,实验对照为脑外伤手术减压的脑组织11例未见ICAM-1、MMP-9表达。ICAM-1、MMP-9阳性表达水平在胶质瘤高度恶性组高于低度恶性组,差别有显著性意义(P<0.01)。ICAM-1和MMP-9在人脑胶质瘤的表达存在相关性(r=0.436)。结论ICAM-1和MMP-9在胶质瘤存在协同作用,共同参与胶质瘤的发生、发展和恶性演变,并由此推测ICAM-1与MMP-9联合检测会更好地对脑胶质瘤的恶性生物学行为进行评价和判断。
Objective To investigate the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in human glioma and their correlation. Methods The expression of ICAM-1 and MMP-9 in 82 glioma tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results ICAM-1 was expressed in all 82 glioma tissues, 72 of them were positive for MMP-9, the positive rate was 87.80%. The control group was 11 cases of brain tissue decompression after traumatic brain injury ICAM-1, MMP-9 expression. The positive expression of ICAM-1 and MMP-9 in glioma group was significantly higher than that in low grade group (P <0.01). There was a correlation between ICAM-1 and MMP-9 expression in human glioma (r = 0.436). Conclusions ICAM-1 and MMP-9 have synergistic effects in glioma, and they are involved in the occurrence, development and malignant progression of gliomas.
