热休克蛋白是一类广泛存在于生物体内、生物进化高度保守、在生理和应激条件下均能表达的蛋白质家族。HSP27是该家族中重要成员之一,它的表达与应激条件下增加细胞的存活率相关。HSP27通过与凋亡通路中的一些重要蛋白相互作用参与细胞凋亡的调控。
Heat shock proteins are a family of proteins that are widely present in organisms, highly conserved in their biological evolution, and are expressed under both physiological and stress conditions. HSP27 is an important member of this family, its expression is related to the increase of cell survival rate under stress conditions. HSP27 participates in the regulation of apoptosis by interacting with some important proteins in apoptosis pathway.
