急性氟乙酰胺中毒是农村较常见的急症之一。我院对1997年1月～2000年8月收治的氟乙酰胺中毒患者83例,进行了心肌酶谱测定,现报告如下。1 材料与方法1.1 标本来源本组83例均为误服鼠药毒饵急性中毒患者,年龄7月～68岁,平均年龄6.6岁,男50例,女33例。中毒程度:轻度中毒16例,中毒中毒24例,重度中毒33例,死亡10例。全部病例经胃内容物或血氟乙酰胺定性分析证
