问:招聘新人时,最看重的是什么?答:首先,我认为新人不等同于年轻人,不管你从业多少年,只要是刚加入卓越团队的,就属于新人。新人共同特征是还没有形成和企业一致的价值观,并处于对新环境新文化的磨合和适应阶段。对于招新人的标准,卓越形象有自己的独特评价标准,我称之为“双 A 原则”。一个 A 是指态度(Attitude),另外一个 A 是指能力(Ability)。最理想的情况当然是两者兼备,既有端正的态度——认同企业的价值观,并乐于溶入企业的文化里面;又要有出众的能力——专业功底深厚,创造力极强。当然两者相比较而言,态度要远
