某发动机弹性轴非氮化面采用镀锡工艺进行保护,但现有工艺氮化后的流锡现象。本文通过将酸性镀锡更改为碱性镀锡,并对碱性镀锡的工艺参数进行探究,对保护方法进行改进。结果表明在镀锡8min后将内插阳极拆除,继续镀锡,电镀总时间控制在18min~20min;锡层厚度满足4μm~6μm要求,且氮化后无流锡现象。
Non-nitrided surface of a flexible shaft of a motor is protected by a tin-plating process, but the flow of tin after the nitriding of the existing process is prevented. In this paper, we changed the acidic tinning to alkaline tinning, and explored the technological parameters of alkaline tinning to improve the protection method. The results showed that the anode was removed after 8min tin plating and the tin plating was continued. The total plating time was controlled at 18min ~ 20min. The thickness of tin layer could meet the requirement of 4μm ~ 6μm.
