目的研究半枝莲Scutellaria barbata地上部分的化学成分。方法通过AB-8大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、聚酰胺和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等多种手段进行分离,采用核磁共振等波谱技术对化合物结构进行鉴定。结果从半枝莲95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了14个黄酮类化合物,分别为高车前素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸甲酯(1)、芹菜素(2)、野黄芩苷(3)、野黄芩素(4)、木犀草素(5)、野黄芩苷甲酯(6)、异高山黄芩素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸-6″-甲酯(7)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷-6″-甲酯(8)、4′-羟基汉黄芩素(9)、5,4′-二羟基-6,7,3′,5′-四甲氧基黄酮(10)、异高山黄芩素(11)、6-羟基木犀草素(12)、5-羟基-6,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮(13)、三裂鼠尾草素(14)。结论化合物7为首次从唇形科植物中分离得到,化合物1和13为首次从黄芩属植物中分离得到,化合物6和12为首次从半枝莲中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Scutellaria barbata. Methods The compounds were isolated by AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel, polyamide and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR spectroscopy. Results Fourteen flavonoids were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of Scutellaria barbata, and were identified as carprost-7-O-β-D-glucuronide (1), apigenin Scutellarin (4), luteolin (5), Scutellarin (6), baicalein-8-O-β-D-glucuronic acid-6 “ (7), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide-6 ”-methyl ester (8), 4’-hydroxywikronin (9), 5,4’-dihydroxy- Tetramethoxyflavone (10), iso-baicalein (11), 6-hydroxy luteolin (12), 5- hydroxy-6,7,3 ’, 4’ - Tetramethoxyflavone (13), Trichothecene (14). Conclusion Compound 7 was isolated from Labiatae for the first time. Compounds 1 and 13 were isolated from Scutellaria for the first time. Compounds 6 and 12 were isolated from Scutellaria barbata for the first time.
