近十几年来由于微处理机技术的日益发展与快速A/D转换器准确度的不断提高,采样原理的仪表得到越来越多的应用。对该原理许多专家、学者都在理论上不断研究,已经成功地解决了截断误差的数学估计,同步误差消除等问题。最近A/D——D/A混合乘法器技术的应用,使采样原理仪表准确度从原来0.5~0.3%提高到0.05%以上。由于获得0.05%的准确度仅需12BitA/D与D/A,即:仪表的准确度已达到或小于A/D和D/A线性误差和量化误差的数量级,因而研究A/D转换器误差函数特性,找出量化误差的概率分布特征,对采样原理仪表的误差分析与准确度提高都有重要意义。
