目的:研究重楼克感滴丸的成型工艺。方法:以滴丸的溶散时限、丸重偏差和外观质量作为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上采用正交试验法对基质组成、药粉与基质配比、药液温度和滴头滴距等进行筛选。结果:优选的最优工艺参数为PEG 4000与PEG 6000的配比为4∶1,药物细粉与基质的比例为1∶4,滴制温度85℃,滴距6 cm。滴丸的溶散时限、丸重差异和外观质量均满足要求。结论:工艺简明可行,滴丸成型性好,适宜工业化生产。
Objective: To study the forming process of Chonglou Ke drop pills. Methods: Based on the single factor test, the composition of the matrix, the ratio of powder and matrix, the temperature of the solution and the dripping distance Screening. Results: The optimal process parameters were 4: 1 ratio of PEG 4000 to PEG 6000, 1: 4 ratio of drug powder to matrix, dropping temperature of 85 ℃ and drop distance of 6 cm. Drip ball dissolution time limit, difference between pill weight and appearance quality to meet the requirements. Conclusion: The process is concise and feasible, dropping pill formability is good, suitable for industrial production.
