本文以ZrOCl2·8H2O为原料,用乙醇和聚乙二醇两种有机溶液处理,在化学共沉淀阶段使用超声波辐照制备合成MgO稳定ZrO2超细粉,通过激光粒度仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析手段进行分析,试验表明,在用超声波辐照制备合成MgO稳定ZrO2超细粉,其结晶温度低,粉粒的分散性好,不易团聚。
In this paper, ZrOCl2 · 8H2O was used as a raw material and ethanol and polyethylene glycol were used as the raw materials to synthesize MgO stabilized ZrO2 ultrafine powder in the process of chemical coprecipitation. Ultrafine powders of MgO stabilized ZrO2 were prepared by laser particle sizing and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) The analysis shows that the ultrafine powder of MgO stabilized ZrO2 prepared by ultrasonic irradiation has low crystallization temperature and good dispersibility of particles, which is not easy to agglomerate.
