对小鼠心肌样本的86Rb切连科夫辐射测量和γ射线测量进行了比较,探讨了86Rb心肌样本切连科夫辐射测量的影响因素,结果显示:86Rb切连科夫辐射测量的相对品质因素为其γ射线测量的140倍,其心肌样本的计数率也提高约5倍。H2O2脱色后,虽计数率显著增加,但计数率的变异也加大;加入浓蔗糖溶液以增加折射率时,与不加任何介质直接进行切连科夫辐射测量相比,未见计数率的增加。对86Rb心肌样本的切连科夫直接测量有效的机理及其意义进行了讨论。用该法对中草药夏天无总碱及其有效单体普托品的应用研究表明:夏天无有效单体之一普托品能增加心肌营养性血流量达26%左右
The 86Rb Cerenkov radiation and gamma ray measurements were compared in myocardial samples of mice to explore the influencing factors of the Cerenkov radiation in 86Rb myocardial samples.
