利用超临界流体CO2萃取昆仑雪菊油树脂,以萃取得率为考察指标,通过单因素和正交试验确定萃取最优工艺条件,并分析昆仑雪菊油树脂理化指标,同时采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对雪菊油树脂脂肪酸进行成分分析。结果表明:超临界CO2萃取昆仑雪菊油树脂最优工艺条件为:萃取时间100min、萃取温度45℃、萃取压力20MPa、夹带剂用量150mL,在此条件下雪菊油树脂萃取得率为18.42%。昆仑雪菊油树脂理化指标:酸值为90mgKOH/g,过氧化值为76meq/kg,皂化值为132.8mg/g,不皂化物含量为0.48%,碘值为107.69g/100g。昆仑雪菊油树脂中检测出12种脂肪酸,有4种不饱和脂肪酸,占脂肪酸总量的53.28%左右,其中亚油酸含量达到22.81%,亚麻酸含量为10.84%和油酸含量为7.29%。
The extraction of Kunlun Xueju oleoresin by supercritical fluid CO2 extraction was used as the index of investigation. The optimum extraction conditions were determined by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The physical and chemical indexes of Kunlun Xueju oleoresin were also analyzed. The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry The composition of fatty acids in Xuezhuan resin was analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were: extraction time 100min, extraction temperature 45 ℃, extraction pressure 20MPa, amount of entrainer 150mL, extraction rate of resin was 18.42% . Kunlun Xueju oleoresin physical and chemical indicators: acid value of 90mgKOH / g, peroxide value of 76meq / kg, saponification value of 132.8mg / g, unsaponifiable content of 0.48%, iodine value of 107.69g / 100g. Twelve kinds of fatty acids were detected in Kunlun Xueju oleoresin, with four kinds of unsaturated fatty acids, accounting for about 53.28% of the total fatty acids, including linoleic acid content of 22.81%, linolenic acid content of 10.84% and oleic acid content of 7.29% .
