近些年来,现代企业管理已经成企业管理的一部分。绩效考核体系作为企业战略管理的重要部分也变得越来越重要,完善的绩效考核体系可以有效促进企业的发展和进步,对企业至关重要。对于发电企业而言,绩效考核体系的必要性和重要性也不言而喻,本文在了解了企业绩效考核体系的内容的基础上,基于我国企业目前在绩效管理体系上存在的问题和不足,结合发电企业的发展现状和特点,探索发电企业绩效考核体系的完善路径,旨在解决制约我国发电企业发展的因素,谋求促进发电企业更好更快更健康的发展。
In recent years, modern business management has become part of business management.
