运用中国人骨成熟度标准——CHN计分法计算骨龄值,以此估计儿童的生长发育水平。同时,使用作者开发的计算机骨龄评价系统,对西安市8~16岁282例儿童的发育状况进行了调查,对发育正常者进一步研究了骨龄与青春生长突增期3个阶段间的定量关系。结果发现正常发育者占74.12%,提前发育者为15.96%,推迟发育者是9.93%。并得出:男童骨龄从12.15岁、女童从9.55岁进入加速期;男13.70岁、女11.90岁进入高峰期;男16.03岁、女14.40岁则到达减速期。这为正畸学的临床诊治提供了一个明确的参考指标。
Using Chinese bone maturity standard - CHN scoring method to calculate bone age value, in order to estimate the level of children’s growth and development. At the same time, using the computerized bone evaluation system developed by the author, we investigated the developmental status of 282 children aged 8 ~ 16 years old in Xi’an. The normal development was further studied the quantitative relationship between bone age and the three stages of youth growth. The results showed that 74.12% of normal development, early development was 15.96%, delayed development was 9.93%. The results showed that the age of the boys was 12.15 years old and the girls entered the accelerated period from 9.55 years old. The male was 13.70 years old and the female reached the peak 11.90 years old. The male was 16.03 years old and the female 14.40 years old was Reach the deceleration period. This provides a clear reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of orthodontics.
