中小学教师由于工作性质的长期性、复杂性,加之具体的教育教学实践中面临的职业压力、管理体制不当及个体心理因素的影响,从而产生职业倦怠。教师职业倦怠表现为情绪衰竭、人格解体和个人成就感低三个方面。应通过社会地位的提升、工作环境的改善和自我心理调节来加以克服。
Due to the long-term and complicated nature of primary and secondary school teachers, job burnout is caused by the occupational stress, improper management system and individual psychological factors in the specific education and teaching practice. Teacher burnout manifested as emotional exhaustion, personality breakdown and low personal accomplishment in three aspects. It should be overcome through the enhancement of social status, the improvement of the working environment and the adjustment of self-psychology.
