2002年,国家科委将“铝金属提纯与净化”列为973攻关计划,南通泰尔德服装有限公司投资100万元与上海交通大学材料学院开展铝纯净净化技术攻关。经过4年多的研究试验,通过控制铝晶料的生长形态,提高垂直定向凝固过程中的杂质元素偏析效率,从而提高铝质的洁净度,成功研制出纯度达5N5的超高纯铝。经中科院上海硅酸盐研究所检测,产品完全达到国际标准。从2007年1月起,南通泰德电子材料科技有限公司开始试生产5N5超高纯铝(含铝量≥99.9995%)。该产品比原铝具有更好的导电性、延展性、反射性和抗
In 2002, the State Science and Technology Commission listed “Aluminum Purification and Purification” as 973 research project, Nantong Tielde Garment Co., Ltd. invested 1 million yuan and Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Materials to carry out aluminum purification technology research. After more than 4 years of research and experiment, by controlling the growth morphology of aluminum crystal and improving the segregation efficiency of impurity elements in the vertical directional solidification process, the cleanliness of aluminum was improved. Ultra-pure aluminum with purity of 5N5 was successfully developed. The Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Institute of Silicate testing, products fully meet international standards.
