目的建立鹰嘴豆豆叶,豆茎中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定药材中总黄酮含量。结果采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量时,在0.003~0.018mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),豆叶和豆茎的平均回收率为99.3%和101.1%,RSD为1.86%和2.46%。结论所用方法简便、准确,可用于鹰嘴豆的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids in bean and bean stems. Methods The content of total flavonoids in medicinal materials was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results When the content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry, the linearity was good (r = 0.9998) in the range of 0.003 ~ 0.018mg / mL, the average recoveries of bean and soybean stem were 99.3% and 101.1%, and the RSD was 1.86 % And 2.46%. Conclusion The method used is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of chickpea.
