领导力专家凯特·斯威特曼认为,卓越的领导者要具备勾勒愿景、培养人才、推动变革、激励人心的能力,前提是他们必须修炼自我,让自己持续具备足够的能量与领导魅力。在一个有20位来自不同企业的高管人员参加的领导力培训课程上,主讲的培训师做了一个实验。他把事先从这20家公司的人力资源部门收集来的“人才胜任能力模型”汇总在一起,隐去公司的名字,然后全部张贴在教室的一面墙上,让20位学员去指认哪一份人才胜任能力模型属于自己所在的公司,结果是乱了套,大多数学员找不准自己公司的能力模型。这表明,不同组织的人才胜任能力模型之间的相似远多于差异。
Leadership specialist Kate Sweeterman believes that excellence leaders must have the ability to outline their visions, develop talent, and drive change and empowerment, provided they must practice self and sustain themselves with enough energy and leadership. An instructor-led trainer conducted an experiment in a leadership training course with 20 executives from different companies. He put together the “Talent Competency Model” collected in advance from the human resources departments of the 20 companies, hidden the names of the companies, and posted them all on one wall of the classroom, letting 20 students identify A talent competency model belongs to the company where you live. The result is a mess, and most learners find no way to justify their company’s competency model. This shows that the similarities between the competency models of talent in different organizations far outnumber the differences.
