洋金花作为中药麻醉主药,其有效成分是东莨菪碱。此药为熟知的抗胆碱药,其中枢抑制作用,也与其抗胆碱作用有关(3、4)。但是,近几年来,我们也曾观察到它能拮抗儿茶酚胺的作用。由于去甲肾上腺素等为中枢化学递质,参与维持清醒状态。因此,继续进行实验,观察拟肾上腺素药物和抗肾上腺素能药物与东莨菪碱对中枢作用的相互影响,有助于探讨东莨菪碱中枢抑制作用与其抗肾上腺素能作用的关系。 方法 实验用动物为杂种家兔,雌雄不拘,体重1.7~2.2公斤。所有药物均分别从两侧侧脑室注入,容量在0.2毫升以下。观
