科技的发展使工程施工管理模式也越发先进,机电安装工程也逐渐由传统的人工管理模式向着信息化、一体化、智能化管理模式发展。而BIM技术作为一种数字信息仿真模拟技术,集信息一致性、协调性、完备性、模拟性、可视化等诸多优点于一体,将其应用于机电安装施工管理工作中时,其能通过仿真模拟建筑物所具有的真实信息,促进工程的信息化、工业化、精细化管理,有效提升管理水平与效率,降低管理成本。本研究结合某工程实例,对机电安装施工管理中BIM的合理应用展开分析,以其能为相似工程提供些许参考。
The development of science and technology makes the project construction management mode more and more advanced, and the mechanical and electrical installation project gradually evolves from the traditional manual management mode to the informationization, integration and intelligent management mode. BIM technology, as a kind of simulation technology of digital information, integrates many advantages such as information consistency, compatibility, completeness, simulation and visualization. When it is applied to the construction and management of electromechanical installation, BIM technology can be simulated by simulation The building has the real information, promote engineering information, industrialization, fine management, effectively improve the management level and efficiency, reduce management costs. This research combined with a project example, analyzes the reasonable application of BIM in the construction management of electromechanical installation, and provides some references for similar projects.
