党的十八大之后,国有煤炭企业在我国深化改革历程中承担的责任将更加重大,对实现“中国梦”将起到举足轻重的作用。那么,国有煤炭企业如何才能成功实现可持续发展呢?笔者认为,国有煤炭企业的政工干部是回答好这一问题的一个关键因素。在党的群众路线教育实践活动不断深入的过程中,笔者结合自己的观察和思考,认识到新形势下国有企业实现持续转型发展的紧迫任务对国有煤炭企业政工干部提出了一些全新的要求。
After the 18th CPC National Congress, the responsibility of the state-owned coal enterprises in deepening the reform in our country will be even greater, and will play an important role in realizing the “Chinese dream.” So, how can the state-owned coal enterprises succeed in achieving sustainable development? The author believes that the political cadres in the state-owned coal enterprises are a key factor to answer this question well. In the deepening of education and practice activities of the mass line of the party, the author, combined with his own observations and reflections, realized that the urgent task of realizing the continuous transformation and development of state-owned enterprises in the new situation has put forward some entirely new requirements for the cadres of the state-owned coal enterprises.
