目的：在癌症疼痛患者中观察芬太尼贴剂（多瑞吉）的临床镇痛效果、不良反应及使用后患者生活质量的改善程度。方法：采用多中心开放研究。选取67例伴有中、重度疼痛的恶性肿瘤患者，使用芬太尼贴剂止痛。记录治疗前后的疼痛强度、生活质量评分和用药中的不良反应，加以归纳总结。结果：芬太尼贴剂使用后，全部患者均获中度以上缓解。其中完全缓解34例（50．70％），明显缓解31例（46．30％），中度缓解2例（2．99％）。不良反应有嗜睡、便秘、头晕、恶心呕吐等，无危及生命的严重不良反应出现。受试患者的生活质量得到明显改善。结论：芬太尼贴剂（多瑞吉，Durogesic）是一种新型癌痛控制剂。该药疼痛控制效果较好，不良反应轻微，能够明显改善癌症患者的生活质量。尤其适用于不能口服止痛药的患者。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical analgesic effect, adverse reactions, and improvement in the quality of life of patients after cancer therapy using fentanyl patch (Duragic). Methods: A multi-center open study was used. 67 patients with malignant tumors with moderate or severe pain were selected and treated with fentanyl. The pain intensity before and after treatment, quality of life score, and adverse reactions in medication were recorded and summarized. RESULTS: After the fentanyl patch was used, all patients received moderate or more relief. Among them, 34 cases (50.70%) were completely relieved, 31 cases (46.30%) were significantly relieved, and 2 cases (2.99%) were moderately relieved. The adverse reactions were lethargy, constipation, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, and no serious life-threatening adverse reactions occurred. The quality of life of the tested patients was significantly improved. Conclusion: Fentanyl patch (Durogesic) is a new cancer pain control agent. The medicine has good pain control effect and mild adverse reactions, which can significantly improve the quality of life of cancer patients. Especially suitable for patients who cannot take oral pain medications.
