介绍国内外甲醇生产的现状和实现大型化的必要性及开展流程组合研究的意义,并提出了SINOPEC的甲醇优化组合流程。该流程以废锅激冷组合式气化炉、耐硫中变、MDEA脱硫脱碳、干法脱硫、多段冷激式或绝热管束式合成塔、三塔精馏和空分等工艺模块组合成年产30万吨甲醇工艺。该流程是低能耗流程,其吨醇能耗为42.66GJ。文中对甲醇合成塔的大型化和国产化作了分析,提出了新的塔型。在文中作者还提出了四条建议。
The current situation of methanol production at home and abroad, the necessity of large-scale production, and the significance of research on process integration are introduced. SINOPEC’s methanol optimization portfolio process is also presented. The process is based on the combination of waste pan quench combined gasifier, sulfur-tolerant medium-range, MDEA desulfurization and decarbonization, dry desulfurization, multi-stage chilled or insulated tube bundle synthesizer, three-tower distillation and air separation process module. 300,000 tons of methanol production process. The process is a low-energy process with a ton of alcohol energy consumption of 42.66 GJ. In this paper, the large-scale and localization of the methanol synthesis tower was analyzed and a new tower type was proposed. In the article, the author also put forward four suggestions.
