对话就是对话者双方相互理解的过程,是一个自我认识、自我反思的过程,也是教师基本职业道德的要求。以教与学之间的“对话”为基础,旨在表明教师与学生之间不再是一种简单给予与被动接受的关系,教师不再是统治者对学生发号施令,去操纵、控制学生,而应在一种民主、自由、公正、平等的交往关系下,在双方互相接纳、互相敞开、互相理解中,促进发展。
Dialogue is the process of mutual understanding between interlocutors, a process of self-awareness and self-reflection, and a requirement of teachers’ basic professional ethics. Based on the “dialogue” between teaching and learning, the aim is to show that teachers and students are no longer simply given and passively accepted relationships. Teachers are no longer the rulers who give orders, manipulate and control students Students, but should promote development through mutual acceptance, mutual openness and mutual understanding between the two parties in a democratic, free, fair and equal relationship.
