农民工是我国特定历史时期的产物,也是一个较为特殊的社会群体。农民工进入城市后成为经济建设的重要参与者,但农村留守儿童的规模也在不断扩大。这些儿童与家庭结构健全的儿童相比,在心理、学习、安全等方面都存在着一定的问题,而社会支持网络的缺失或不够完善是导致这一系列问题的根源。以社会支持网络为视角,以学校管理为重点,探讨了农村留守儿童存在的主要问题及解决策略。
Migrant workers are the product of a specific historical period in our country and a relatively special social group. After migrant workers enter the city, they become important participants in economic construction. However, the scale of left-behind children in rural areas is also constantly expanding. These children have some problems in their psychology, learning, safety and other aspects compared with children with well-structured families. However, the lack of social support networks or inadequate perfection are the root causes of this series of problems. From the perspective of social support network and school management, the main problems existing in left-behind children in rural areas and their solutions are discussed.
