目的为了解新疆吐鲁番地区8~10岁儿童智力水平。方法按市区、农村和年龄分组,采用中国联合型瑞文测验(CRT-C2)方法测定儿童智商(IQ)。结果吐鲁番地区市区儿童IQ均值为102,IQ≤79以下者占6.54%;农村儿童IQ均值为86,IQ≤79以下者占34.86%。其中8岁儿童IQ均值为95.41,9岁儿童为92.87,10岁儿童为91.17,各年龄段儿童IQ值未见明显改变,IQ均值未超过100。结论碘不足明显影响了8~10岁儿童智力发展,在碘缺乏地区实施食盐加碘对儿童智力发育有明显的促进作用。
Objective To understand the intelligence level of children aged 8 ~ 10 in Turpan region of Xinjiang. Methods According to the urban, rural and age groups, the children’s IQ (IQ) was measured by the Chinese combined type of Raven test (CRT-C2). Results The mean IQ of children in downtown Turpan was 102 and that of IQ≤79 was 6.54%. The average IQ of rural children was 86, while the percentage of IQ ≤ 79 was 34.86%. Among them, the average IQ of 8-year-old children was 95.41, 92.87 of 9-year-old children and 91.17 of 10-year-old children. There was no obvious change of IQ value in children of all ages, and the IQ mean value did not exceed 100. Conclusions Iodine deficiency significantly affects the intelligence development of children aged 8-10 years. The iodine deficiency in areas with iodized salt significantly promoted the intellectual development of children.
