目的对比传统溶血素(B法)和新型溶血素(A法)在临床血常规检验中的结果。方法在同等条件下,分别采用A法和B法对同一血常规质控物的血小板、血红蛋白、红细胞和白细胞进行测定,测定次数为20次,对测定结果进行比较。结果 A法和B法测定的血红蛋白结果差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;红细胞、白细胞和血小板用A法和B法测定的结果差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论溶血素不同,血常规检测具有差异性。同一血常规质控物用不同的溶血素进行检测,必须保证测定结果具有可比性和结果互认,应当采用临床可接受的方法和评价进行比对。
Objective To compare the results of clinical blood tests with traditional hemolysin (method B) and novel hemolysin (method A). Methods Under the same conditions, the platelets, hemoglobin, erythrocytes and leukocytes of the same blood routine control substance were determined by A method and B method respectively. The number of determination was 20 times and the results were compared. Results The results of hemoglobin measured by method A and method B were significantly different (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in the results of A and B assay for erythrocytes, leucocytes and platelets (P> 0.05). Conclusion Hemolysin different blood tests have differences. The same blood quality control with different hemolysin testing, measurement results must ensure comparability and mutual recognition of results, should be used clinically acceptable methods and evaluation of alignment.
