为了给各级调水管理部门合理有效地管理水利基础栅格数据提供科学依据和技术支持,以南水北调中线干线工程为研究对象,对比分析了多种栅格数据模型,讨论了以ArcGISEngine、ArcSDE和Oracle11g数据库管理系统平台为支撑,采用MosaicDataset对各种类型、各种比例尺的栅格数据实施集中、统一、高效管理的技术实现。结果表明,栅格数据模型MosaicDataset更适合海量栅格数据存储与管理,在此基础上,建设了一套能够有效满足多源栅格数据存取的基础信息建设与管理平台。
In order to provide scientific basis and technical support for the water management departments at all levels to rationally and effectively manage the water-based grid data, taking the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project as the research object, a variety of grid data models are analyzed and compared. ArcGISEngine, ArcSDE and Oracle11g database management system platform as a support, the use of MosaicDataset on all types, various scales of raster data to implement centralized, unified and efficient management of the technology. The result shows that MosaicDataset is more suitable for mass raster data storage and management. On this basis, a set of basic information construction and management platform that can effectively satisfy multi-source raster data access is constructed.
